ESF Energy has a proven track record in structuring and delivering projects across a wide range of low carbon renewable and sustainable energy technologies.

Specifically ESF Energy manages all aspects of each project it develops. This includes:

  • Land and site acquisition (including leases and land purchase and land options)

  • Planning and permitting permissions, wayleaves and easements

  • Grid connections for both electricity and gas

  • Selection of appropriate technology and EPC supplier supported by detailed third party technology review

  • Negotiation of EPC and Operations and Management contracts

  • Supply and take off agreements
     

  • Business and financial modelling
     

  • Provision of Management Services to the completed project following commissioning

ESF Energy takes projects through the Technical, Legal and Financial due diligence process, including setting up and managing the project data-room while working closely with the equity and debt funders who back the ESF Energy team.

Together with Third Parties ESF Energy has successfully delivered and arranged funding for:

  • ESCO 10.5MW Solar Farm in Oxfordshire
  • A Rollout of Containerised Hybrid Biomass / Gas boilers to residential blocks for a for large Housing Association
  • 8 number Anaerobic Digestion Plants of various sizes including CHP and Biomethane on Farm and food waste
  • 60MWe generation Engines for STOR and the Capacity Market
