David is a Chartered Accountant (ex KPMG) with 40+ years of experience working in Corporate Finance and Senior Company Management. He has held positions as Chairman or Managing Director and has successfully carried out major company restructuring and investment leading to successful sale. Since 2012, he and Allan have successfully developed and secured funding for a number of Energy and Waste projects.

Allan is an Engineer and Accountant with over 25 years experience working as a project manager and surveyor delivering complex commercial and infrastructure projects. He previously worked for Mouchel Consulting Engineers and PH Warr plc, as well as for specialist and main contractors. Since 2012, he and David have successfully developed and secured funding for a number of Energy and Waste projects.

Legal Director

Miles Dearden is a solicitor who has 15 years private practice and in-house experience in development and construction, telecommunications, power and renewables. He has spent a significant portion of his career in-house both with BT and as legal counsel to a leading renewable energy supplier and developer, Ecotricity. In addition to supporting ESF Energy, Miles is also legal director for Torsion Group, a construction company and developer.
