Supply of Heat to UK Social Housing Landlords

The plant comprised a plug and play containerised energy unit that replaced the pre-existing boiler plant in this major housing association’s social housing stock. This avoided the need to turn off hot water and heating while installing the new plant in the existing boiler room.

The Offtake Contract was structured for the supply of heat to UK social housing landlords under a long term 20 year Energy Performance Contract.

ESF Energy prepared financial and business models, structured the project and contracts, and successfully secured equity funding for the purchase of existing assets and ongoing rollout to the Social Housing Landlord.
