Combined Heat and Power

ESF Energy, together with their equity funder, are currently developing three plants using gas CHP engines to generate electricity and heat which is then sold on a long term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to an adjacent end user who is a prime covenant.

Negotiations for the PPA on the first of the three are expected to be concluded Q2 2021 with construction to follow.

The second and third plants will follow during 2021.
